Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 2 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations made 2 hours or more before the appointment: No charge
Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice will be treated as a no-show
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made through our online appointment portal or by phone. Emails are NOT accepted for appointment cancellations or changes.

No-Show Policy

Clients who miss their appointment without proper notice will be considered a no-show.

After 2 no-shows, clients will no longer be able to book appointments in advance- Future visits will be accepted on a walk-in only basis
No appointments will be held for clients with repeated no-shows
